It's easy to incorporate a bit of yoga into every day. Don't fret, you don't have to spend an hour or more practicing yoga. You can start with just one pose and see what happens. One stretch leads to another, and your body will let you know what else to do. You can even do a few poses in bed before getting up in the morning.
