At the end of my yoga classes there's a palpable moment of bliss...it's a quiet energy - soft, peaceful, happy and full of joy. Creating moments of bliss is an inspiration for my yoga teaching.
As a yoga instructor the hallmark of my style is to bring bliss and wellbeing to all students regardless of age or ability; whether in a studio, corporate setting, or with private clients. I like to remove obstacles that keep so many people away from yoga, and make all the benefits associated with yoga accessible and approachable.
I design classes that introduce students to a broad range of yoga traditions and integrate a variety of asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), guided relaxation and meditations.
